Jacques created his estate in the early 80s, supported by Nathalie in 1987. They believe in vinifying all parcels separately and they are one of the few in the village to harvest everything by hand.
Located in the heart of the village of Davaye, Poncetys is facing south on predominantly clayey and deep soil. This old vine, planted in the mid-1940s, produces precise wines with good length.
