"10 barrels instead of 25+ this year. Now in tank. Pale yellow with a lime tint. A wonderful volume of fruit is evident even on the nose, definitely in a rich style, but not heated, nutty, tremendous weight in the mouth. Atypical in this weight for a Champs Perdrix, but will be delicious three or four years down the line. Very good balance and no obvious heat"
